Depending on the texture of a floor (for example smooth or rough), different cleaning pads are recommended to ensure the best clean possible; and to prevent floor damage. 

Blue cleaning pads are a mildly abrasive option suitable for heavy-duty cleaning requirements or unsealed floors.
